Mr. Hart has managed, directed and prepared business models for the successful sale of electric vehicles and environmentally friendly products in the United States since 2002.

Developed business plans with investors, suppliers, VS Composites and has traveled throughout Europe to build relationships with International Banks and organizations to negotiate credit facilities, arrange securities and secure loans used to finance electric vehicle sales, manufacturing and research in the United States.

Has 15 years experience in Laser Electro-Optical Engineering with a special emphasis in small signal detection, laser based particle sensors and the design of contamination control detection products. He has worked as the project manager in high technology companies and has operated several businesses in the last eleven years.

James' credentials include a Bachelors of Science degree from Oregon Institute of Technology in Laser Electro-Optical Engineering and he is the author of several technical papers in the detection of small particles in micro contamination applications. Has successfully started five global product lines for five international companies, Parker Hannifin Corporation, UCC International, Analytical Technology, Met One Inc and INCEN LTD/IQAIR.
