NEVCAR is now inviting forward-thinking, private investors to be a part of this exciting and groundbreaking enterprise. Investors may acquire their piece of the future in two ways:
- By investing capital earmarked for the consolidation of five independent companies which hold core technologies integral to NEVCAR designs. With the full cooperation of these companies, NEVCAR is planning a consolidation and a Public Offering or Reverse Merger Acquisition (RMA) in 2008.
- By purchasing real estate from NEVCAR's land acquisition in Sutherlin, Oregon. NEVCAR has begun liquidating surplus lots of real estate surrounding its planned vehicle plant in order to obtain operational capital. Qualified buyers could invest in 840 potential home sites, 17 commercial pads and 16 industrial pads, with the potential for substantial tax advantages, reduced overhead and a lower cost labor force.
